Your Home away from Home 
Our fully furnished and equipped cottage awaits your visit, so do your fresh scones, thick cream and range of jams. The kitchen is well stocked with enough breakfast provisions to ensure your visit is enjoyable with out the hassle of choosing to eat only from a small variety of breakfast foods.
For other meals all you need to do is bring the meat and salads or vegetables, and many condiments are provided. There is also a wide range of teas and coffees avail able for your enjoyment.
The kitchen is fully equipped, no messing about trying to make do with few if any bowls, dishes etc. Ladies, please bring your own humanoid dish washer. The house is supplied by rain water only, so a dish washing appliance isn't in any ones best interest.
All linens and bedding is supplied, along with an extensive supply of toiletries.
We are only 3 hours from Adelaide,
- 2 hours from Wilpena,
- 45 mins from Port Pirie,
- 1 hour from Pt Augusta
- 15 mins from Mt Remarkable National Park
- 10 mins from the Booleroo air strip
Why not join us in our little piece of quiet in this vast land, along with Sophie, our fully retired sheep dog, the bunnies in the yard and mud swallows who nest in the back porch, the magpies who feed in front of the cottage, the kangaroos who often feed down in the creek !
Enjoy a wine out the front of an evening while the kids burn off energy on our mountain bikes, weaving between trees, and dumping thu a shallow creek. Watch for bats of an evening. Enjoy the stars at night, listen to the late night and early morning bird calls.
