Refresh yourself with the afternoon tea provided whilst enjoying our magnificent view of our part of the Southern Flinders Ranges.
Your 'home away from home' is fully furnished and fitted out so you only need to bring yourselves.
We are out of the town on a farm so you can see the stars, hear the quiet, feel the open spaces and breathe in the scents of the bush.
We even have our own IMBA standard cycle tracks and walking trails.
Our quiet back roads mean there is some wonderful safe road cycling. We are close to other more established cycling tracks
Are you wanting a special 50th birthday celebration complete with cake, balloons and streamers - the works!
A special wedding anniversary or a honeymoon, romantic weekend, special Christmas, Easter or simply time out where the Adelaide networks wont find you. ( 3G will if you have a 'country recommended phone' )
Maybe a special picnic hamper made up of local produce?
Let your imagination go and we will aim to please (and have fun preparing it).
Our proximity to the Mawson and Heysen Trails leads to all sorts of adventures and encounters with some of the local wild life. Bring your hiking boots and bicycles and head off to adventure, and enjoy a visit a cellar door or two along the way. Excellent bird watching in near by scrub.
As a farm stay, we can often find a shearing shed if our own is not in full swing, or perhaps you might like to join in with what ever is going at the time of your visit. While we don't have set a programme you can automatically get involved with, there is often something that might interest you about the workings of the sheep feed lot or broad acre farm. You wont be the first person we have conned into cleaning out sheep water troughs!
Sophie our old kelpie is happy to sit and have your company. She considers herself to be pensioned off, so has plenty of time.
Sometimes there is a pet lamb around calling for a bottle of milk- must be your turn to feed him!
We enjoy our guests, so we are prepared to go the extra mile.
We supply much much more than the usual B&B.
